My journey as a wedding photographer started when I was in college for something completely different - Early Childhood Education. I picked up a camera as a hobby to get me through a difficult time in my life and fell totally in love with capturing love. I never intended for this to become my career, but after 5 years of shooting part-time, I finally forced myself to take the full-time plunge and it's been 5+ years of never looking back!

My Approach
My job as a wedding photographer is to document your day, not direct it. I'll always put genuine moments before posed portraits, but will go above and beyond to capture the in-between moments, the priceless candids of your loved ones, as well as portraits that capture the essence of who you are as a couple in timeless and beautiful photographs that you can pass down for generations.
I believe that marriage is a gift from God and that it is the biggest commitment that you can make in your lifetime. Being a part of so many wedding days over the years has really opened my eyes to what a wedding day should really be about - who you are as a couple and what is most important to you.
As your wedding photographer, I want to make sure that this entire process makes you that much more excited for your wedding day. I want the focus to be on your love for each other and why you have decided to make this commitment because in the long run, that is what really matters! It is one of the most exciting times in your relationship and I want the images I capture of you to take you right back to exactly how you were feeling in the many fleeting moments that happen on your wedding day.
