Maggie contacted me to shoot a cozy lifestyle maternity session in her and Dave’s Guelph home and I knew right away it was going to be a good one. Maggie is a personal trainer at the gym that I go to and she has always had the best low key and easy going vibe so I knew that our visions for this session would totally match. These two put together the cutest little nursery and it had the absolute best light! It just goes to show that you don’t need a massive space to create magic!
A first pregnancy for a couple is always so special but it was even more special because these two have been together for such a long time. I know I might be biased, but to me there is so much importance in capturing the in between moments in life. The moments of waiting and anticipation that at the moment might be dragging by, but when you look back at them later will seem to have gone by in a flash. These times deserved to be captured just as much as the exciting times like a wedding day or an anniversary!
And what better way to capture these moments by shooting a cozy lifestyle maternity session in the comfort of the very nursery that you will be bringing your babe back to? Add in their pup companion who was just so excited to be a part of the fun and this is the sweetness that we were able to come up with!
